MUSIC
St. Michael Church's music ministry serves as a vital piece of the fabric of parish life at St. Michael. With daily and weekend masses, school liturgies and prayer services, as well as special sacramental celebrations, the parish's music program provides music that leads all to "full, active, and conscious participation" in the liturgy. Under the direction of the parish director of music, David Jaronowski, CAGO (216-524-0244), the St. Michael Church choir, children's choir, funeral choir, and cantors provide musical leadership which inspires and nourishes the faith of both parishioners and visitors alike.

St. Michael Church choir
Comprised of about 16 singers, the St. Michael choir provides musical leadership for the parish's 10 am mass from the Feast of St. Michael in September through the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ in early summer. Rehearsals are held on Mondays from 7:30pm-9:00pm. The choir sings a wide range of liturgical music of all periods of the Church's tradition, ranging from Gregorian chant through music of the 20th century and beyond. Membership is open to adults and high school students who have some musical training or who have sung in a choir before, and who can sing an independent voice part.
